DAILY VISUAL MONITORING PROCEDURES <br />FOR ABOVEGROUND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br />Hazardous Materials stored aboveground include: <br />]Kerosene <br />[X]Waste oil (prior to dumping in underground tank) <br />[X]Motor Oil <br />[X]Transmission Oil <br />[X]Gear Lubricant (80W/90) <br />[X]Grease <br />[X]Solvent (including parts cleaners) <br />[X]Battery Acid <br />[X]Antifreeze <br />[X]Spent Anti -freeze <br />[X]Propane <br />[ ]Car Wash Products <br />The storage areas for these hazardous materials must be visually <br />inspected every day for signs of leakage. Items designated with a <br />(*) require secondary containment with the contents of each <br />container clearly labeled. <br />If there is a leak or spill of any of the hazardous materials, <br />whether stored above- or underground, Dealer must follow the <br />"Emergency Response Procedures," attached. <br />9 <br />
