Contact the Fire department & San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br />for applicable permits. <br />2. Have a third party certified tank tester perform a tank integrity test once the work <br />has been completed. Submit results within seven days of testing. <br />3. Overfill prevention must satisfy California Code Of Regulations 2635(b)(2). <br />4. Arrange 48hour notice for all inspection appointments. <br />5. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br />6. Contact EHD prior to backfilling the new spill buckets so that an inspection can <br />t,e arranged to verify corrosion protection. <br />7. A.1:<spill buckets must pass a 30 -minute lake test or equivalent in the presence of <br />an inspector. <br />8. All spill buckets shall hold 5 gallons. <br />9. All installations shall follow manufacturers instructions and recommendations. <br />10. This permit expires 90 days from the date of its approval. <br />11. Should this site wish to use a drop tube with a flapper valve for overfill <br />prevention the drop tube shall be inspected so as to certify overfill prevention at a <br />level of no more than 95% of the tanks capacity.
