All
product lines are pressurized using a submerged pumping system inside the tank. Line pressure
sensors and impact valves are inspected annually to assure that they are functioning properly.
Under dispenser piping boots are opened to allow pans to drain back to the turbine sumps. Probe
sensors are installed at both the dispensers that shuts down all products in the presence of any
liquid, and at turbine sumps that shut down product flow in the presence of any hydrocarbons and
high liquid. Repair and/or replacement of all monitoring equipment and impact valves will be done
annually at the time of inspection by a third party and tested to meet the above conditions.
* This document is to be kept current and at the site.
