These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant to Paragraph 16 <br />herein. <br />(f) FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,040.00), by check, made <br />payable to the Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust fund ("EPPF Trust") <br />to be used for purposes consistent with the mission of the EPPF Trust. This check shall be <br />delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within 30 days of the Effective Date of the Final <br />Judgment entered in this action. <br />(g) FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000.00), by check, made <br />payable to the California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA) to fund <br />scholarships for attendance and participation at training sessions presented at the California <br />Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP) provided through CHMIA. <br />Each of these scholarships shall cover session registration, travel, food, lodging and incidentals. <br />This check shall be delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within 30 days of the <br />Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action. <br />(h) ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) shall be expended by Defendants <br />over the five years following the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action, on <br />the implementation of Defendants' Fiberlite Lid Replacement Project, which is described in <br />Exhibit E. This Supplemental Environmental Project is designed to advance the environmental <br />goals underlying the California Health and Safety Code and to improve the overall environmental <br />health of the citizens of the State of California, through the replacement of manway covers at <br />UST sites owned or operated by Defendants in California to facilitate access to and monitoring of <br />leaks from underground storage systems at their UST station sites. Defendants shall, until the <br />exhaustion of the funds, provide annual reports demonstrating the expenditure of the funds and <br />describing the specific activities completed. These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant <br />to Paragraph 16 herein. <br />(i) TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000.00) shall be expended by Defendants <br />collectively over the five years following the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this <br />II <br />Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction <br />
