Subsequent leak test will be done annually
starting within 12 months from the initial leak test. The
monitoring program and the initial leak test results are presented
in Appendix II.
RECORDKEEPING
Teletype of computer printouts associated with underground tank
monitoring will be reviewed and initialed daily by the responsible
Switching Control Center (SCC) person and will be summarized on
-3-
