C <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />American Environmental Management Corporation's (AEMC) Health and Safety Program <br />is designed to meet the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120. <br />The objective of this Health and Safety Plan is to establish health and safety guidelines for <br />the removal of two underground fuel storage tanks (USTs) located in the walkway area <br />east of the Pacific Bell switching building at 124 West Elm Street, Lodi, California. The <br />® project will consist of removing liquid product from one 2000 -gallon UST and from one <br />550 -gallon UST, excavation, removal and disposal of the tanks, collecting soil samples for <br />laboratory analyses, collecting and analyzing groundwater samples, if necessary, backfilling <br />* and resurfacing of the excavation, and general site cleanup following the completion of site <br />operations.
