Pursuant to CCR Section 2632(c)(2)(d)the <br /> monitoring and response plan must be current and a copy should be filed with the local agency. Also <br /> a copy should be kept on site for records. Update the monitoring plan and submit a copy to this office <br /> by 8/19/06 and also keep a copy at the facilityfor records. <br /> The updated monitoring plans were submitted to your office by RHL Design Group on 7/31/06;copies <br /> were also posted at each site. <br /> • Connie Mitchell, Env. Site Manager, has been hired for more than 30 days and has no designated <br /> operator employee training. Also could not locate facility's Best Management Practice(BMP). <br /> Pursuant to CCR 2715(f)employee training must be done for an employee, by 30 days of hire and <br /> annually thereafter. The training must include but not limited to: the facility's best management <br /> practice, monitoring and response plan, contact persons name and phone number in case of <br /> emergency. Submit a copy of training record and BMP to this office by 8/19/06. <br /> Please see attached training record and course outline which serves as our BMP;copies of Connie <br /> Mitchell's training record and course outline have been posted at each location. <br /> Please see attached Return to Compliance Certification.
