HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE STORAGE STATEMENT <br />A hazardous substance storage statement for the site was submitted <br />to the California Water Resources Control Board on or before July <br />1, 1984. It is presented in Appendix I. <br />C. SEPARATION OF MATERIALS <br />This facility does not store material by type or quantity which <br />requires special separation consideration. The facility was <br />designed to prevent fire or explosion in accordance with <br />applicable National Fire Prevent Association Guidelines and local <br />fire codes. The underground storage tank was provided with a <br />corrosion -resistant coating. The material of construction is <br />compatible with the diesel fuel stored. <br />D. MONITORING PROGRAM <br />The monitoring program will consist of an "initial" leak test <br />using the "petro-tite" technique followed by in -tank precision <br />product monitoring. Subsequent leak test will be done annually <br />starting within 12 months from the initial leak test. The <br />monitoring program and the initial leak test results are presented <br />in Appendix II. <br />E. RECORDKEEPING <br />Teletype of computer printouts associated with underground tank <br />monitoring will be reviewed and initialed daily by the responsible <br />Switching Control Center (SCC) person and will be summarized on <br />-3- <br />
