VIII. PROCEDURES FOR THE <br />TREATMENT OF INJURED WORKERS <br />a. if the injury is minor; <br />Administer First Aid <br />Locate a site worker trained in First Aid <br />Monitor the condition of the victim in case they need to <br />be transported to the Hospital. <br />h® if the injury is major: <br />Administer First Aid (if possible) <br />Locate a site worker trained in First Aid <br />Call emergency response services 911. <br />The exclusion zone is the work area where the greatest level of <br />contamination is expected to be encountered. For this closure plan <br />the exclusion zone will include that tank and piping excavations <br />and the stockpiled soil. If conditions within the exclusion zone <br />become dangerous due to an unexpected chemical, physical or other <br />hazard, the exclusion zone must be excavated. All workers should <br />decontaminate themselves to the best extent possible and retreat to <br />the support zone. <br />Upon notification of a fire, explosion or other site -wide <br />emergency, all site personnel shall stop work, decontaminate <br />themselves to the best extent possible and listen for broadcasted <br />emergency instructions® <br />Noise <br />Slip/Fall Haza <br />Lifting Hazardl <br />
