We have not received an invoice for fees due to you. We wish to be <br /> invoiced, or notified of any other conditions that have delayed this process so that we will receive the <br /> new permit or extension of the existing permit to prolong the expiration date of the current one. If you <br /> have already sent the invoice, and our correspondence has crossed in the mail,you may disregard this <br /> letter.
