Sensors were only tested in water during monitoring <br /> certification—ok by this office per CCR 2632(b)Monitoring Program(Monitoring&Response <br /> plan)is current and approved by the local agency. Update current Monitoring Plan reflecting <br /> change in sensor monitoring and include overfill prevention mechanism in Section IX,and submit <br /> to this office for approval within 30 days(815107). <br /> This is to confirm,that AT&T's contractor,Tait Environmental, submitted on 8/1/07,an extension <br /> request to complete the work on the sensors. Once the work was completed,an updated UST <br /> Monitoring and Response Plan was generated. Our agent,RHL Design Group, submitted the updated <br /> UST Monitoring and Response Plan for the subject site on 8/30/07,with delivery on 8/31/07(via <br /> California Overnight). <br /> Having completed the above,we consider AT&T's corrective action requirement fulfilled. Please see attached <br /> Return to Compliance Certification.
