Tait Environmental Systems performed a spill bucket replacement at <br />the AT&T facility located at 10 E 12th Street in Tracy. The replacement was performed under permit/service request number <br />SR0047603 and inspected by you on 8/2/06 verified tight and approved. Per the permit requirements we are required to give 48hrs <br />notice for the inspection/re-test, this was done and the inspection was performed. <br />> Per AT&T's Conjunctive Junction it is required that we receive written documentation that the above scheduling did take place for <br />the inspection.
