The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control Qistrict for <br />applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to,commencing <br />work. <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council "UST Service Technician" <br />certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is performed. <br />4. Manufacturer training certificates must also be presented at time of inspection prior to any testing <br />taking place. <br />5. Contact EHD to arrange the following inspection appointments: <br />a. Overfill prevention: overfill prevention system in compliance with CCR 2635 (b)(2) must be <br />verified. <br />b. Spill Bucket: minimum 5 -gallon capacity must be verified and a lake test conducted in <br />compliance with CCR 2635(b)(1). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />6. Contact Lori Luces, REHS at (209) 468-0341 for inspection appointments. 48-hour notice for <br />inspection appointments is required. <br />7. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
