The spill bucket failed its recent monitor certification. We plan on replacing the faulty 5 - <br />gallon Phil-Tite spill bucket with a new Phil-Tite 5 -gallon spill bucket like for like and performing a <br />preliminary hydrostatic test on the bucket.
