This facility <br />has not been tested for this requirement. Immediately test secondary containment. <br />Secondary containment testing was completed and a passed result was obtained in 08/29/03. Copy <br />of the secondary containment test report was delivered to your office via certified mail on <br />09/05/03. An additional copy is attached for your review. <br />• Financial Responsibility & Letter from CFO shall be submitted to this o ice by 9/11/03. <br />Mindy Lusk of SBC Environmental Management submitted a duplicate copy of the Financial <br />Responsibility and letter from CFO to you via mail on 10/22/03 (original copy was sent to the <br />agency in May 2003). An additional copy is attached for your review. <br />• Monitoring & Response Plan can not be located at time of inspection. Provide a copy of these <br />plans to this office and keep a copy o site by 9/11/03. <br />Tait Environmental submitted the UST Routine Monitoring Procedures And Response Plan via <br />certified mail on 09/15/03 to San Joaquin County. An additional copy is attached for your review. <br />• Provide Maintenance & Monitoring Records to this o ice by 9/11/03. <br />The UST monitoring system was inspected and serviced on 08/11/03.
