It was <br /> requested that you schedule the required testing and contact PHS-EHD so that staff can <br /> be present to conduct the annual inspection required by the California Health and Safety <br /> Code (HSC), Section 25288 (a). <br /> Please schedule this required testing and contact PHS-EHD by May 20, 2001.
