I' 1/ s <br />All field personnel will follow the requirements of the SHP, and shall be responsible <br />for the following: <br />At ll 11es acting f.a responsibleandcautiousmanner 1. order <br />• •. prevent <br />accident, iiijury and/or exposure to themselves and their co-worker. <br />r •• 1• .1 1• • r s •• 6• • • . 1/ .•.• • jjLesafety <br />and Health officer and/or field supervisor. <br />- Follow the instructions and directions of the Safety and Health Officer and the <br />Field Supervisor. <br />- UUh23ng the personal protective equipment provided and specified for A <br />- Following all field safety procedures for safe work practices, buddy system, <br />communication, site control, decontamination, evacuations and related emergency <br />procedures. <br />- Performing only those tasks they have been instructed to perform and that they <br />believe they are trained, qualified and capable at the time of assignment of <br />performing. <br />- Reporting to the Field Supervisor of Safety and Health Officer any personal <br />condition that they reasonably believe could affect their safety and/or the safety of <br />co-workers (i.e. fatigue, drowsiness, severe illness, impairment by prescription <br />medication, influence by alcohol and drugs, emotional distress or other condition). <br />- Ensuring that no work tasks are performed in deviation from the SHP and/or initial <br />instructions of the Field Supervisor of Safety and Health Officer without the <br />expressed authorization and additional instruction of the Field Supervisor and/or <br />Safety and Health Officer. <br />Page 2 <br />Ej <br />
