The business <br /> owner and operator is his father in law Baldev Singh. Both Charan and Baldev are currently out of the <br /> country. <br /> -Financial responsibility is due February 2012. <br /> -Secondary containment testing is being done today <br /> -Business was closed at time of inspection, 9.00am. Cashier had left keys with technician to open <br /> building to perform testing.
