Contact the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and local Fire <br />Department for all necessary permits if applicable. <br />2. The installation must follow the manufacturers instructions. <br />3. EHD must witness a measurement of the drop tube to determine 95% shutoff for <br />overfill protection. <br />4. EHD must witness the testing of the spill containment with product before <br />backfilling may occur. <br />5. All metal parts of the risers must be verified by EHD to have corrosion protection. <br />6. A tank tightness test must be performed after concrete has been poured and the <br />results must be received within 10 days of testing. <br />7. Annual spill containment testing (Health and Safety Code §25284.2) must be <br />performed by 12/31/04. <br />8.
