All passed. As per the technician the primary piping was not cut but the secondary pipe was just slide out enough to have the test boot fit for the secondary testing. Technician performed a coldwell test on the 87 turbine sump in lieu of the 24 hour lake test. Used existing penetration and secondary piping. A secondary containment testing must be performed on the tank once the facility is in operating condition. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
