The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Muniappa Naidu at (209) 468-3439 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br /> pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br /> b. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br /> there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br /> method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br /> c. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on 87 turbine sump. <br /> d. Secondary containment testing on 87 Turbine sump and 87 product piping <br /> 4. Since concrete will be broken near the 87 tank, a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the 87 tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> guidelines. <br /> 5. Secondary containment testing for the piping installed is required six months after <br /> installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> 6. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br />
