UST Tank Information forms for TA0508418 (premium unleaded), TA0508419 (diesel), and TA0508420 (regular unleaded) are not current in CERS. Beneath Tank Construction, under Overfill Protection, change"Yes" to"No"for Audible/Visual Alarms. Beneath Vent, Vapor Recovery (VR) and Riser/Fill Pipe Piping Construction, complete sections titled: Vent Primary Containment, Vapor Recovery Primary Containment[not applicable for TA0508419 (diesel)], Riser Pipe Primary Containment. Beneath Fill Components Installed, change"No" to"Yes"for Striker Plate/Bottom Portector. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. For TA0508418 (premium unleaded), TA0508419 (diesel) and TA0508420 (regular unleaded), beneath Tank Monitoring is Performed Using the Following Method(s), change "Yes"to"No"for Automatic Tank Gauging. For TA0508418 (premium unleaded) change "Yes" to"No"for Pipeline Integrity Testing; and beneath Training, change"No"to"Yes" for Designated Operator Training. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. In addition to the submitted map failed to identify the appropriate monitoring for the dispenser containments (specifically Bravo floats and chains), the submitted map failed to indicate the locations of the mechanical line leak detectors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a repeat violation, Class II. Overall Inspection Comments: On site to complete the annual monitoring system certification testing inspection that initially was begun on March 9, 2017. This is a billable re-inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the Environmental Health Department (EHD) with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, including violations reported during the March 9, 2017 inspection, and any supporting paperwork, by May 3, 2017. Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance. The UST Owner/Operator: Written Agreement, if applicable, can be stored at the facility or uploaded into CERS.
