Also included is a list of our upcoming training classes offered to San Joaquin County businesses for FREE. <br />Please consider attending one of these free hazardous waste or underground storage tank classes. <br />The following is the required follow up and routine testing for your facility: <br />1. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were last <br />performed on 1-16-2014. These tests are required once every 12 months. Please make all necessary <br />arrangements to have these tests scheduled on a routine basis. <br />2. The most recent annual monitoring system certification was incomplete. Immediately conduct all <br />necessary repairs and finish the annual monitoring system certification. <br />o Diesel UST was illegally abandoned at the time of inspection. Immediately put the diesel UST <br />back into service and perform the monitoring system certification for the diesel UST, or obtain a <br />permit from the EHD to temporary close the diesel UST system. <br />o §Layp box float -and -chain (UDC 1/2) and 87-6ctane line leak detector failed when tested during <br />the most recent monitoring system certification and no repairs were conducted to date. A permit <br />(SR0069897 obtained by Service Station Systems Inc) was obtained for the Bravo box float - <br />and -chain repairs in UDC 1/2 and the 87 -octane line leak detector repairs. Immediately conduct <br />all the necessary repairs for failed components under the permit and inspection from the EHD. <br />3. Secondary containment testing was conducted on 1-24-2012.
