Lindbergh, Stockton CA <br />The permit application to repair an annular space and primary and secondary lines on the <br />underground storage tank system from the above referenced facility has been approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. The repairs must follow the manufacturers instructions for the underground <br />storage tank and the primary and secondary lines. <br />2. All parts used shall bear a UL label. <br />3. All parts shall be corrosion protected. <br />2. EHD must witness a test on the annular space that holds vacuum/pressure for 30 <br />minutes. <br />3. EHD must witness a soap test on all replaced fittings and that the secondary line <br />holds pressure for 30 minutes. <br />4. Submit a complete description of the work performed. <br />5. Any further repairs to the system must be approved through EHD and must be <br />amended to this permit. <br />6. After concrete is poured, a third party tank integrity test and line tightness test <br />must be performed and the results sent to EHD within 7 days of testing. <br />7.
