MONITORING SYSTEM AND RESPONSE PLAN 1111 1,01989 <br />Bank of Stockton `"Jdij��'T7;" 1989 <br />2050 Sikorsky <br />Corporate Hangar 111 <br />The following monitoring system and response plan will be monitored, recorded <br />and maintained by Mark Meiggs of Bank of Stgckton hangar office at <br />209-983-0201. \'3\ <br />LEAK DETECTION - Monitoring for one (1) gallon jet fuel tank, in <br />accordance with the California Undergrauiidorage an Regulation (8/85), a <br />continous monitoring device will be installed in tank and connected to an <br />audible -visual alarm system located in hangar office. The detector will be <br />monitored on a daily basis. Monitoring will be the responsibility of the <br />Manager. ��� <br />���,, name --X1 <br />._ _ __�__ system will be used and includes: <br />A: A dual channel alarm pm t*--t*7 with green led indicators to show power <br />on and systems functioning. <br />B. Liquid detection indicators red led's are on panel front, for visual check <br />of monitoring system probe. <br />C. Vapor detection indicators red led's are on panel front, for visual check <br />of monitoring probe. <br />D. A red alarm lamp and warning buzzer are on panel front, for person(s) <br />monitoring the system. <br />E. Cr _ <br />The available capacity of each tank w ll bedetermined immediately prior to <br />filling and is at least 103% of the quantity to be delivered, or the amount <br />to be delivered is 200 gallons less than the available tank capacity. <br />A daily recording of A.M. and P.M. times, includes the condition of system at <br />that time, regarding the system being in a red alert mode or a green <br />(functioning) mode. <br />The monitoring panel will be located in the hangar. <br />Authorization for work to be performed as a result of unauthorized release in <br />secondary container will be the responsibility of Mark Meiggs, 2050 Sikorsky <br />Corporate Hangar 111 209-983-0210, Stockton Metro Airport. <br />Product to be stored in the underground fuel tank is Jet Fuel <br />In the event of removing or pumping of unauthorized release of materials from <br />secondary container, the Bank of Stockton will be able to call Seibold Corp. <br />209-948-2152, within 24 hours to have work performed. <br />In the event of an unauthorized release of materials into the environment, the <br />SJLHD will be notified within 24 hours. <br />A recording of the amount of materials removed from secondary container will <br />be recorded as to where material(s) were taken (location) or put into original <br />
