Four sets of plans are provided to S.J.L.H.D. which includes specification <br />sheets. <br />4. Plans provided at 1/8" = 1 foot scale. <br />5. One - tank, 12,000 Gal. Jet Fuel, is located at S.E. corner of Hangar 111. <br />6. Type of tank to be installed is: Tn*- oz Madere 12, ^^^ _mss mposite <br />steel and fiberglass tank. <br />7. Provided with plans and application are four sets manufacturers written <br />installation instructions. <br />8. Excavation material to be covered with plastic visqueen. <br />9. California Water Labs, Modesto will do soil analytical results. <br />10. Upon receiving approval of S.J.H.D. an A.P.C.D. permit to aerate will be <br />obtained. <br />11. Overfill protection system to be 5 gal. minimum loco Wheaton Ain- <br />w/push-down stem. 17�67 <br />12. Monitor to be a Universal sensor system: <br />(a) LA -02 duel channel alarm panel <br />(b) LA -LS -1 liquid sensors (2 ea.) <br />13.
