At <br />the current time, however, due to the complexity of new installation plan <br />review and the current UGT staff workload, the maximum review time for UGT <br />installation plans is being changed from 15 working days to 40 working <br />daws, effective January 23^ 1389. <br />A preliminary review will be conducted by the assigned staff person within <br />20 working days of the date of plan submittal to identify any gross plan <br />deficiencies. The applicant will be notified by phone of any gross plan <br />deficiencies identified on this preliminary review. <br />At the end of the 40 day plan review period the plans will be: <br />APPROVED: One set of plans will he retained by this office and all <br />other copies will be returned to the applicant. <br />DISAPPROVED: All copies will be returned to the applicant. A written <br />plan review check list identifying plan deficiencies will <br />be provided to the applicant~ A new set of plans and <br />$30.00 plan check fee will be required on resubmittal. A <br />new 40 day plan review period will begin on the date of <br />resubmittal. <br />INCOMPLETE: All copies will be returned to the applicant. A written <br />plan review check list identifying plan deficiencies will <br />be provided to the applicant. The same plans may be <br />resubmitted with the additional information required and <br />an additional $3().00 plan check fee.
