Underground utilities on site: USA Underground will identify and mark <br />underground utilities per law. The product pipes will be rinsed back into <br />tank. <br />2. The tank will be triple -rinsed with pressure washer and Simple Green <br />concentrated detergent. The rinsate will be less than 50 gallons and will <br />x be hauled to H&H Ship Service, Oakland. ?�4 <br />Sir <br />3. To purge the tank, 20 lb. of dry -ice per 1,000 gallon of the tank will be <br />used. Co2 will be used after the dry ice. <br />4. Location of samples taken will be determined in the field by SJLHD ? lab <br />technician. Brass tubes will be used to take samples. In the case of water <br />being in the hole bottles will be used to transport the water samples to <br />lab. California Water Lab in Modesto will take samples. <br />5. The piping will be taken to Levins Metal in Stockton and the fiberglass <br />tank will be dismantled at Kincaid Tank Metal Recycling at Munford Ave., <br />Stockton. <br />4, <br />vV <br />_.
