Site#2611194 RE#30224 <br /> Spill Response Plan <br /> For Minor Releases: <br /> If the release is less than 5 gallons and service station personnel can contain the <br /> release immediately (and the release does not go off-site, enter any waterway, or <br /> contact bare soils), do the following: <br /> 1. Turn off the source of the spill (i.e. turn off dispensers, pump, etc.) <br /> 2. Contain with absorbent material, making sure that the release does not leave <br /> the site or enter any drains. <br /> 3. Clean up release material with absorbent material. <br /> 4. Place used absorbent material into an approved container for such materials. <br /> 5. For proper disposal of used absorbent material, the dealer or designated <br /> employee will contact a licensed waste hauler to dispose of the material in <br /> accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. <br /> For Major Releases: <br /> If the release is greater than 5 gallons, threatens to leave the site, enter any <br /> waterway, or contact bare soils, or there is an injury to a person, do the following: <br /> 1. Turn off the source of the spill (i.e. turn off dispensers, pump, etc.) <br /> 2. Evacuate customers, asking the to leave by foot. <br /> 3. Call the Fire Department: 911 <br /> 4. All employees evacuate the premises. <br /> 5. Employees are to meet at a designated emergency assembly area. <br /> 6. Station dealer or manager to account for employees and any known customers <br /> at meeting place. <br /> T Dealer or manager should remain in the vicinity to provide information to the <br /> fire department, etc. <br /> 8. Notify the following personnel: <br /> Regional HSE Specialist <br /> SolvOne at 1-866-215-0965 <br /> 9, Attempt to contain the spill with absorbent material, attempting to prevent <br /> the release from leaving the site or entering any drains. <br /> 10, In California, call the Office of Emergency Services at 1-800-852-7550. <br /> 11. In the case of an unauthorized release from the primary containment, <br /> ConocoPhillips Company will respond within 8 hours to address necessary repairs <br /> to the primary containment and cleanup of the secondary containment.
