Contact local Air and Fire agencies for any applicable permits. <br />2. Notify this department 48 hours prior to inspections. <br />3. All previously used product lines shall be drained and filled with an inert gas prior to any <br />cutting. Use Intrinsically safe equipment. Develop and apply a Health and Safety Plan. <br />4. All cut primary product lines shall be tested for tightness in the presence of an EHD <br />Inspector at the completion of the job, but prior to backfilling. The lines shall be tested in <br />accordance with Title 23 section 2636 (e). The Primary lines shall be re -inspected by a <br />third party certified line tester after concrete has been poured, but prior to putting the <br />lines back into operation. Test results shall be sent to this department within seven days. <br />Should the lines fail, notify this department immediately, and DO NOT put lines back <br />into operation. <br />5. Conduct Secondary containment test on #3/4,5/6,7/8 dispenser pans and 89 -turbine sump <br />in the presence of an EHD Inspector. Sump and dispensers shall be tested by a 24-hour <br />lake test or other SWRCB approved testing method. An ICC certified installer shall be <br />on site at all times. (Inspector to check on site) <br />6. Installer shall be trained by the product manufacturer of products to be installed. <br />(Inspector to check on site) <br />7. Any changes in the products or scope of work shall be approved prior to commencing <br />work. <br />8. All Installed penetrations shall be approved by an organization that accepts Voluntary <br />Consensus Standards. <br />9.
