1 �� <br />2 <br />Concrete and asphalt will be removed by breaking it with a backhoe, bobcat, or jackhammer <br />equipped with a pneumatic attachment, and loaded into a dump truck for proper recycling and/or <br />disposal, or stockpiled on site for further assessment. <br />Debris and rubbish will be removed daily or stored out of the way in a separate location inside the <br />fenced work area. Debris and rubbish will be transported in a manner that will help prevent spillage. <br />•1111 111 P . <br />Consistent with the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 Regulation covering Hazardous Waste Operation <br />and Emergency Response, all site personnel are required to be trained in accordance with this <br />standard. At a minimum, all personnel are required to be <br />trained to recognize the hazards on-site, and the provisions of this HASP. Prior to arrival on <br />site, each employer shall be responsible for certifying that his field personnel meet the <br />requirements of pre -assignment training. Tait must provide a document certifying the dates <br />of their personnel's forty (40) hours of training. Personnel must also have eight (8) hours of <br />annual refresher training each year to keep your Certification up to date. <br />* Health and Safety Procedures and Functions and responsibilities of on-site <br />personnel. <br />* Physical and chemical site hazard identification <br />* Basic toxicology and toxicity information <br />* Discussion of the EZ (Exclusion Zone) <br />* Necessary on-site Protective Clothing <br />* Respiratory protection; If + when needed. <br />* Air quality monitoring <br />* Personnel exposure guidelines <br />* Decontamination procedures <br />* Basic First -Aid review <br />0 <br />
