Contact the local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air <br />Pollution Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any Changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. A certified installer must be on site at all times during the installation. If the certified <br />installer leaves the premises for any reason, all work must cease without exception. Until <br />the certified installer returns on site, work shall not continue. <br />4. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments; 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br />a. Secondary containment test for the under dispenser containment #3/4 and #7/8. <br />5. Permit expires within 90 days.
