The following repairs ndude: <br />- excavation of concrete around the 89 and 91 tank fill and vapor tank gauge risers and <br />monitoring well observation port risersto mpairthe risers <br />- 89 turbine head to be removed to Install new seals and vapor poppet valve <br />-87 extractor riser to be replaced or repaired <br />- the already completed relocation of Voeder--Root mordtoring panel to the other side of the wag <br />This Includes the already approved perm to upgrade EV W ISD software, install a carbon <br />canister and perform a cold start on the monitoring parr on the underground storage tank <br />(UST) system at the above noted address. <br />Tye permit las been approved with the followm>,q conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of vier, =at be submifted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. An new addenda supomede the previous ones. <br />& Submit a written notification to SJC EHD at least 48 haus prior to conducting ELD test. <br />4.- Contact Thuy Traina <br />at (209) 468-M7 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please, be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a Sensorfunalonalli Fhmeffonality of the mordtoring system must be verified to <br />ensure [hat monitoring has bean restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and this Health & Safety Code. <br />b_ Leak detector test Leak detector mus( be tested to confirm that the device can <br />detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi - <br />c. Waste Oil Split bucket test: Verily r dnimnn 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour <br />hydrostatic test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verfied. <br />
