Tracy Blvd. Tracy <br />Per your request, please include the re -location of the Veeder Root <br />monitor panel from the east side of the existing wall to the west, inside <br />the station which is currently under renovation, on the new work order approval. <br />As we discussed, this work was performed by another contractor on site, <br />at the request of the owner, Hakam Mission. It is my understanding that <br />the work was performed by Wayne of HMC . <br />Fahy Construction Company, Inc. was not aware of this work, nor did we <br />authorize it to be completed. <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to working <br />with you on the ELD testing repairs at this site. <br />John F.
