We will schedule all future testing in the required time frame. Paid and obtained all permits to meet the county's requirements. Have re-trained all employees to address the issues listed. All work orders have now been submitted and testing dates have been updated. Employee's have been re-trained to keep logs of all alarms though out the month. We have submitted the scope of this new training to the local CUPA. The D.O. will print out a complete Alarm History and attach all work orders for that previous month and note any issues found during the inspection.
