Henry: <br />1] <br />This letter is to acknowledge the compliance issues in the above -entitled matter of ABC Petroleum DBA Tracy <br />Valero 2375 North Tracy Blvd, Tracy CA as required by the County of San Joaquin Environmental Health <br />Department. Below is an explanation and the corrective measures taken or to be taken. We will schedule all future testing in <br />the required time frame. <br />Paid and obtained all permits to meet the county's requirements. <br />Have re-trained all employees to address the issues listed. <br />We do not have access to any of the records from the previous owner. <br />All records will be kept on site starting with a date of November 1" <br />2013 when the site was officially opened. <br />Supplied the facility with a new copy from the CERS web site <br />November 1, 2013 was officially the opening date of this site. <br />No prior reports exist. We do not have access to any of the records <br />from the previous owner. Missing test dates and work orders were not <br />recorded because Afford -A -Test did not release records until payments <br />were received. All work orders have now been submitted and testing <br />dates have been updated. Employee's have been re-trained to keep <br />logs of all alarms though out the month. We have submitted the <br />scope of this new training to the local CUPA. The D.O. will print out <br />a complete Alarm History and attach all work orders for that previous <br />month and note any issues found during the inspection. <br />November 1, 2013 was officially the opening date of this site. <br />Employee training and records have been completed.
