FLEXIBLE CONNECTORS FOR UN ROUND GASOLINE <br />Oscades of experience in the most demands erospace and indus' <br />mai applications, combined with'technioa)ty innovative engineering were <br />brought together to develop Teleflex Fluid Systems Flexible Underground <br />Gasoline Connectors. Years of exceptional performance have proven <br />the reubility of this product. In the underground environment the Teleflex <br />Connector performs under the demanding extremes of temperature, ex- <br />lemal and internal pressure, and vibration in addition to the varying range <br />of corrosive conditions that exist. This unparalleled record is due to our <br />unique construction in strict conformance to UL 587. Our connectors <br />nclude; a continuous, convoluted inneroore of PTFE that is inert to gaso- <br />line, ethanol, methanol, MTBE and all other additives; an outer braid <br />of stainless steel that provides strength and flexibility for ease of instal- <br />lation; permanently crimped stainless steel collars to insure leakproof <br />performance; rugged fittings in a variety of configurations to facilitate <br />using the fewest threaded joints. Additionally, each connector is individually <br />tested and serialized for 100% quality assurance. Flexible connectors <br />are a recommended piping method versus swing joints and are called <br />out in PEI RP100.87, API 1615 and NFPA 30. <br />When used with the Teleflex Sacrificial Anode, a 30 year warranty <br />against corrosion is available. <br />Teleflex Connectors are UL listed in sizes 11/2 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch 10 <br />for use underground at product dispensers, at changes of direction in <br />lines or at the submersible pump inside or outside of manholes. Lengths <br />are available up to 8 feet.
