W5sr 4.4N� <br />Z-TDc.KTow ca <br />"Monitoring System & Response Plan" <br />The secondary containment system of the underground fuel storage tanks and <br />product delivery lines will be continuously monitored by a Universal Sensors. <br />"Leak Alert" LA -08 electronic monitor using liquid sensing probes set to <br />immediate response time. The panel for this system is located in the back- <br />room. <br />The electronic monitor will be tested daily by the Store Manager. In case <br />of an alarm situation the Store Manager will immediately contact the Quik <br />Stop Gasoline Dept. which will in turn dispatch a qualifed serviceman to <br />the site to determine the cause of the alarm and to notify Quik Stop if <br />clean-up is required. <br />If response, clean-up and resumption of normal operations occurs within <br />eight (8) hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in the Daily <br />Gasoline Log Book on site and no contact will be made with the Stanislaus <br />County Dept. of Environmental Resources. <br />If response to the alarm condition cannot be rectified within eight (8) <br />hours, the San Joaquin County Public Health Services shall be notified at <br />209-468-0334. <br />Persons allowed to authorize any rquired work are: <br />Quik Stop Markets, Inc. - Safety Director: <br />MIM -Wil <br />1 <br />(7 am 4 pm Monday — Friday) <br />Z a ter-Iours - weelCenas-= NoTi days ) <br />Quik Stop Markets, Inc. - District Advisor: <br />510-657-8500 (7 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday) <br />120S- 959-7639 Zaffer_ours - wee nas—T�oTidays) <br />J 9/J rm <br />T_%I713 <br />Jack Griffith <br />YWNW-FM►��;. <br />
