Additionally, the service r6quest to break concrete <br />over the piping in order to replace the monitoring cable wire has been approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The individual installing and testing the new sensors and leak detectors must be <br />trained by the manufacturer and also be certified as by the International Code <br />Council as a California UST Service Technician. <br />2. All monitoring equipment must be listed in the State Water Resources Control <br />Board local guidance letter 113. <br />3. Once concrete is poured, a third party certified line integrity test must be <br />performed on all product pipe that has been exposed and results received by this <br />office within 7 days of completing the work. <br />4. EHD must witness the functionality test of the new line leak detectors and annular <br />space sensor. Contact Michelle Le at (209) 468-9847 to arrange a functionality <br />test of the new sensors. <br />5. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />6.
