Maintenance Log from 2/8/02 to 10/3/03 for subject store. <br />2. Copy of Hazardous Waste Manifest for liquids dated 9/27/03, our records <br />indicate that the two drums on-site are now empty. <br />3. LD, Monitor Certification Test Results. <br />4. Certification of Return to Compliance. <br />Elite IV Contractors, Quik Stop's maintenance contractor, normally will be the only <br />people handling the site's hazardous waste (spill bucket and tank bottom pump outs, and <br />spent fuel filters) with the possible exception of used spill absorbent.
