Copies have been sent to the store. The daily alarm logs for the months of <br />August, and December 2016and June ZO17are attached. . <br />Violation 204: The monitoring plan has been sent to the store to be placed in Tab I of the Blue UST Volume I Binder. <br />Violation 205: The response plan has been sent to the store to be placed in Tab 1 of the Blue UST Volume I Binder. <br />Violation 209: Walton Engineering, Inc.(the Designated Operator) is being instructed to enter correct dates for all <br />required testing and maintenance records. <br />Violation 211: Walton Engineering, Inc.
