LLNL has scheduled secondary containment leak testing for 882-D1U1 (diesel UST) on August 29, 2005, beginning at 8:00. Per our phone conversation (8/24/05, 8:45 AM), you do not intend to witness this testing, however this notice is being sent as required by CCR Title 23, section 2637 (a) (5). Testing will be performed by Thornton Environmental Construction Inc.,which has a valid CA Contractors License, as required by CCR Title 23, section 2637 (b) (1). A copy of the leak test results will be forwarded to your office after successful leak testing is completed, as required by CCR Title 23, section 2637 (a) (4).
