<br />Per your request this notice is being faxed to you at (209) 468-3433, and also sent to you by email.
<br />The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, at its Site 300 Experimental Test Site in San Joaquin
<br />county, plazas to perform annual maintenance and service checks, and certification testa of the
<br />monitoring equipment for regulated USTs "... for operability, proper operating condition, and proper
<br />calibration." as required by 23 CCR 2630 (.d), 23 CCR 2637 (h), and 23 CCR 2712 (12).
<br />Per your request copies of the test results will be faxed to you at (209) 468-3433 after the tests
<br />have been completed and also electronically forwarded to you. The monitoring equipment service checks
<br />and tests are required to be performed by a trained/experienced individual who understands the
<br />systems, is a CA Licensed Contractor (A, C-10, G-34, -Q-36, or -C-61 (M) per B&8C 25284.1(a)(5)(D)(ii)
<br />and 23 CCR 2637 (12)(1)(A)), has a current Icc CA UST Service Technician certificate, and is
<br />trained/certified on each component in the tank system being certified. LLML has mule arrangements to
<br />have the following vendor, who has experienced and traim4 individuals that meet all the testing and
<br />training requirements, perform the certification tests on the petroleum VST® at LLWA Site 300
<br />Experimental Test site in accordance with the following.

<br />Site 300 Monday 9/21/2009 commencing at approximately 9:00 AM (Meet at the LLNL 8300 8889
<br />Parking Lot where a Security Escort will most you.)
<br />Site 300 Tuesday 9/22/2009 commencing at approximately 9:00 AM (Extra day only if needed.)

<br />B879 879-DIUI (diesel) 9/21/2009 and 9/22/2009 only if needed
<br />B879 879-G3Ul (gasoline) 9/21/2009 and 9/22/2009 only if needed
<br />This notice is being sent to you to confirm our previous conversation that you plan to witness the
<br />certification tests and that the 9/21/2009 and 9/22/2009 dates/timas fit your schedule and are
<br />agreeable.
<br />Arrangements will be made So you may pick up your badge at LLNLs Site 300 Experimental Test Site.
<br />Arrangements will be made for your access into the restricted area at 8882 where one of the UST's is
<br />located.
