If so, Call 323.888-4133 immediately. <br />® Dispenser was carefully removed and any spills contained? <br />® Drawings for all components are on-site and have been reviewed for any problems? <br />Conversion Frame is securely bolted to the existing UDC Sump with minimum 1/2" bolts? <br />If OPP or a Non -Bravo Systems UDC Is existing, were a minimum of 4 anchor bolts <br />securely installed directly to the concrete? <br />All electrical conduits are adjusted correctly to mate with the new dispenser? <br />® All product inlets are pre -plumbed with approved offsets, elbows, pipe, etc..? <br />® Conversion Frame was inspected for dents or damage? <br />Dispenser was carefully lined up and securely bolted to the Conversion Frame? <br />r <br />
