We have reviewed your request and the supporting documents
you provided, and we have consulted with the local permitting agency and water
purveyor.
The reason for your request was that your underground storage tank (UST) system is
greater than 1000 feet from a public drinking water well and your UST's were
incorrectly located in our Geotracker, database. Your UST's were moved to the correct
location in our Geotracker database as verified by the local permitting agency. Based on
the new location, Geotracker shows that there are no wells within 1000 feet of your
USTs. Your request has been approved for the reason(s) indicated below.
® UST system is not within 1000 feet of a public drinking water system.
If you have any questions, please contact Marcele Christofferson at (91.6)341-5594.
Sincerely,
Kevin L.
