This <br />letter provides a response to the violations cited in the report and includes supporting <br />documentation. <br />The September 8, 2008 Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report is included with <br />this letter as Attachment 1. LLNL's response to each violation is discussed below. Each <br />violation is re -typed from the inspection report. <br />Condition: <br />Complete & submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification with a statement <br />addressing how the above listed violations have been corrected to this office within <br />30 days (10-8-08). Provide all necessary supporting documentation. <br />Response: <br />The Return to Compliance Certification, for the violations noted in the September 8, 2008 <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report, is enclosed as Attachment 2. <br />Violation: <br />#5. CCR 2632 (b) Monitoring Program (Monitoring & Response Plan) is current & approved <br />by the local agency.
