Health Dept. to LLNL, Site 300 EPA ID No. CA2890090002 <br />Response: An Application for Underground Storage Tank Retrofit or Piping Repair Permit to <br />install a new ECPU main board in the TLS 350 and perform a cold start on the system, and <br />install a new cap on the unleaded (87) direct bury spill bucket and perform a 60 -minute <br />hydrostatic leak test or equivalent was submitted on September 12, 2008. The Permit Application <br />Approval Letter, Service Request, and Underground Storage Tank Program Service Request <br />Inspection Report are enclosed as Attachment 5. The spill bucket was repaired and a 60 -minute <br />hydrostatic lake test was successfully performed on September 19, 2008.
