<br />The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, at its Site 300 Experimental Test Site in San aoaquin
<br />county, plane to perform annual maintenance and service checks, and certification teats of the
<br />monitoring equipment for regulated USTs "... for operability, proper operating condition, and proper
<br />calibration." as required by 23 CCR 2630 (d), 23 CCR 2637 (b), and 23 CCR 2712 (b).
<br />Per your request copies of the test results will be electronically forwarded to you and faxed to you
<br />at (209) 468-3433 after the teats have been Completed. The monitoring equipment service checks and
<br />tests are required to be performed by a trained/experienced individual who understands the systems, is
<br />a CA Licensed Contractor (A, C-10, C-34, C-36, or C-61 (D40) per H&SC 25294.1(a)(5)(D)(ii) and 23 CCR
<br />2637 (b)(1)(A)), has a current ICC CA UST Service Technician certificate, and is trained/certified on
<br />each component in the tank system being certified. LLNL has made arrangements to have the following
<br />vendor, who has experienced and trained individuals that meet all the testing and training
<br />requirements, perform the certification tests on the petroleum USTs at LLNLs Site 300 Experimental
<br />Test Site in accordance with the following.

<br />Parking Lot Where a Security escort will meet you.)
<br />site 300 Tuesday 9/9/2008 commencing at approximately 9:00 AM

<br />This email is being sent to you to confirm our previous conversations and emaile that you plan to
<br />witness the certification tests and that the 9/8/2008 and 9/9/2008 dates/times fit your schedule and
<br />are agreeable.
<br />Arrangements will be made so you may pick up your badge at LLNLs Site 300 Experimental Test Site.
<br />Arrangements will be made for your access into the restricted area at 8982 where one of the USTS is
<br />located.
