The Formal Notification did not include Enclosure 1 as <br />indicated in your letter. In response to our request for Enclosure 1, on May 9, 2008, Ms. Marcele <br />Christofferson of your staff sent us Enclosure 1 via email, which we have enclosed for reference. <br />We called Mr. Steve Bayley, City of Tracy Deputy Director of Public Works, (209) 831-4434, <br />who is the contact person indicated on Enclosure 1. We were informed by Mr. Bayley that <br />Public Drinking Water Well 3910011-010, Common Well Name, WELL 02 — TIDEWATER, is <br />located at 520 N. Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA 95376. <br />Please find enclosed the Request for Reconsideration (RFR) Form and supporting documentation <br />as requested in your April 30, 2008 letter. The enclosed supporting documentation consists of <br />area maps that show that the USTs at our Facililty are more than 1000 feet from the public <br />drinking water well, State Well Number 3910011-010, Common Well Name, WELL 02 — <br />TIDEWATER, which is indicated on Enclosure 1. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Bill Schwartz of the <br />Water Guidance and Monitoring Division at (925) 423-6626. <br />Sincerely, - <br />Richard G.
