Routine maintenance and service checks, <br /> and tests of the monitoring equipment for permitted USTs are performed annually in accordance <br /> with 23 CCR 2630 (d), 23 CCR 2637 (b), and 23 CCR 2712 (b). The spill bucket leak tests are <br /> performed annually in accordance with H&S Code, Section 25284.2. <br /> Annual leak detection monitoring system certification testing and spill bucket leak testing of the <br /> underground petroleum tank systems 879-D1U1, 879-G3U1, and 882-DIU1 were performed by <br /> Mr. Brian Thornton of Thornton Environmental Construction Inc. of Milpitas, CA on August 8, <br /> 2012. After completion of the final testing, all of the leak detection systems were found to be in <br /> proper operating condition.
