Routine maintenance and service checks, <br /> and tests of the monitoring equipment for regulated USTs are performed annually in accordance <br /> with 23 CCR 2630 (d), 23 CCR 2637 (b), and 23 CCR 2712 (b). The spill bucket leak tests are <br /> performed annually in accordance with H&S Code, Section 25284.2. <br /> Annual leak detection monitoring system certification testing and spill bucket leak testing of the <br /> underground petroleum tank systems 879-D 1 U 1, 879-G3U 1, and 882-D 1 U 1 were performed by <br /> Mr. Brian Thornton of Thornton Environmental Construction Inc. of Milpitas, CA on <br /> August 2, 2011. All of the leak detection systems were found to be in proper operating <br /> condition.
